In the first module of our digital Senior Management Program for a multinational corporation, leaders immersed themselves in human-centered innovation.
They experienced Design Thinking in collaboration across diverse internal brands, working together on challenges which affect them all.
With this empathy and mindset at hand, we turned our focus to enabling customer centricity as a leader. We focused on leadership capabilities, roles and behaviors to foster human-centered innovation.
Infused with insights and a shared courage to experiment and learn, they are moving now into the first transfer session.
