Together with my great colleagues from the HPI Academy we are currently producing a new E-Training and book on the topic of Agile Teamwork in collaboration with the Zeit Akademie. As my focus lies on leadership development I talked about Leadership in agile environments together with my partner in crime Selina Mayer.
In the training you will get a great overview on the combination of agile approaches like Design Thinking, Lean Start up and Scrum. It is fully packed with valuable insights and hands-on recommendations on agile project management, agile team work and agile leadership. You will learn from project cases from different industry leaders and will have a look behind the scenes of agile transformation.
