Mission accomplished. Bring together people from different locations, with different expertise, different backgrounds, different goals and skill sets and unite them in a common understanding of human centered-innovation. We ran a Design Thinking Experience Sprint with a very diverse team from Henkel dx. With that we could use all the advantages of the brand new Henkel dx Hub in Berlin. Thanks to my great coaching team and to the open-minded, curious and super fun group of Henkelaners ;O)
