I had the pleasure to give an input on Design Thinking for the Designers at Functional Aesthetics GmbH in Berlin and Munic. Functional Aesthetics is the home for digital natives and they create interactives experiences.
It was a very inspiring evening for me cause I loved all the questions from UX and UI designers and engineers, and the discussions about Design Thinking, Lean Start up, Scrum and How to manage a Design Thinking project and How to convince “old school” managers to give design teams the freedom, the trust and the space to work in a real multidisciplinary team with an user centered approach.
