My great colleagues from Tiefenschärfe took on the mission to bring more user-centeredness into the innovation culture of  Zumtobel Group. Zumtobel Group is the leading manufacturer for lighting systems within supermarkets, signature architecture, retail outlets and manufacturing facilities.  They face several challenges like copy cats from competitors or tightening budgets in key markets.

They realized that they need strong innovation capacity, faster product development and new business models for creating added value with services on top of their existing products.

Together with Tiefenschärfe I coached a top management workshop with 40 executives to sort out areas to test, practice and adapt Design Thinking for the organization. Together with an internal ambassador we than set up the teams, spaces, internal communication and the challenges.
