I had the pleasure to run a series of Design Thinking workshops for UX Designers, Design Strategists and Frontend/Backend Developer who work for Functional Aesthetics in Munich and in Berlin. It was great that we could jump directly into action cause the mindset, the attitude to work user-centered and the eagerness to constantly learn was already given. I loved to be challenged by the questions and to go straight down to the nitty gritty of the different methods and tools Design Thinking has to offer.
What I realised again is that Design Thinking with its unique combination of diverging and converging, analytical and creative tools as well as the very important mix of process, place and people can offer new and insightful ways of user-centred innovation even for designers ;O).
