People communicate emotions in different ways e.g. verbally by language or written words but most often non-verbal by facial expressions and posture.
Non-verbal communication is fundamental to understanding people. Emotions influence our behaviour and interactions. The knowledge about the analysis of (un)conscious emotional reactions is an important prerequisite for dealing and communicating successfully with different personalities or communication conflicts and in negotiations. In the seminar participants learn how to recognize emotions and action tendencies and analyze it.
