Christina Stansell and I from the HPI Academy were invited by the London Business School to run a Design Thinking Leadership Session for the Danone Leadership & Management Academy. The program Leading Edge – Building Collaborative Organisations is designed for leaders who want to lead innovation teams. We kicked off the first module – Outside-in – Insights, Inspiration and Innovation. After giving the team an introduction to Design Thinking and Leadership and letting them experience the process and mindset, we helped them to formulate user-centred Design Challenges that will be the basis for their upcoming innovation projects.
