On the 8th of September 2016 the new Program Leading Digital Transformation and Innovation started at the HPI in Potsdam. The Program was developed by the Hasso Plattner Institute and the Stanford Center for Professional Development. (Read more here)
In Module 1 the international participants from various industries took a closer look at the technical perspective of digitalization. Topics like Big Data Management, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, Wearables and Virtual Reality, Security or Industry 4.0 where presented by leading experts in these fields.
Our team of program managers at the HPI Academy took the chance to conduct field research. We interviewed the participants to learn more about their individual challenges and struggles with digital transformation. We will use these insights to come up with a challenge for the participants on which they will work on in the Design Thinking Module. Design Thinking will help them to unleash user centered innovations for the digital future.
