I like these quite and peaceful early hours on campus. Getting ready for running a leadership Programm. Everything can happen, almost everything is possible. Tuning into the trust that is given to us to learn with and from us. Getting ready to make room for development. Creating a learning and unlearning experience, a safe space to ask questions and to question yourselves to keep growing.
We can reach the hearts and minds of our participants. Listening to the wonderful laughters while working in diverse teams, facing challenges and understanding the power of empathy, creativity and authentic leadership is very rewarding.
