I really enjoy putting up a music wishlist filled with individual wishes from workshop participants. It is such a wonderful way to get to know the person behind the leadership role. What often happens when their song is played, they come by to listen and to talk. Through the song you learn more about them, their culture, their own stories. So many smiling faces, heartfelt laughter, dance moves and storytelling. And lists filled with music from all around the world and different styles. Just try it. Music unites and is a language of life everyone can feel.
