I had the pleasure to run a Design Thinking session with the executive designer team of functional aesthetics (FA) in Berlin. FA focusses on user experience innovation. We prototyped a lot, trained empathy and user research methods and had deep conversations about sustainable human-centered innovation and the power of collaboration. I challenged them with Redesigning the collaboration experience for freelancers in a world where more an more projects run remote.
